Math Patty gives elementary students quick practice in addition, subtraction and multiplication. Each question has three big answer buttons. A timed game lasts 60 seconds.

Patty is the app's pixel art host. She cheers a right answer and encourages another try after a wrong one. A wrong tap never ends the game. The student keeps trying until they find the right answer. Only their first tap counts toward the score.

Pick your math:

  • Addition, from 0 + 0 to 20 + 20
  • Subtraction, starting from numbers up to 40, with answers that are never negative
  • Multiplication, the times tables from 0 × 0 to 9 × 9

Then pick a game:

  • Practice has no clock and no score. Answer questions for as long as you like.
  • Quick 10 asks ten questions and times how long they take.
  • Timed Match counts how many you can get right in 60 seconds.

Quick 10 and Timed Match end with a score card. A score that makes the top ten can be saved under a name. Each kind of math keeps its own high score lists, so a family or a class sharing a tablet can see who holds the record.

The app is made for a student to open and use without help. Every screen has only a few choices, the buttons are large, and the path to a game is the same every time. It plays in landscape on phones and tablets.

Math Patty is free. It has no ads, no accounts and no tracking. It never uses the internet. Names and scores stay on the device.
